Adelson’s appointment is a strategic move to address the expansion of Lowry’s Managed Services programs and the increasing demand for proactive and sustainable service solutions.
- As Lowry’s Director of Managed Services and Support, Adelson is responsible for working with Lowry’s clients to build awareness and demonstrate effectiveness of their best-in-class Managed Services, lead successful transitions to Managed Services, and drive sustainability and improvements based on clients’ feedback.
- Currently, Lowry’s Managed Services division provides support to more than 10,000 customers and maintains over 55,000 devices.
- Adelson brings more than 20 years of experience in the IT services industry to her new position, having previously held positions with top IT service providers Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Hewlett-Packard (HP), and Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
